Summerland students are in for a Cookie Cutter Christmas, thanks to the ERPPD Community Development Fund! Our JH/HS MTSS team was awarded a grant to fund this project! Look for updates next month as we complete this whole school project!

Attached you will find two links. The first link is information about what the strategic plan is and how it will help shape the future of Summerland Public School. The second link is a survey that I'm asking you to complete in order to find what the feelings are about the future of Summerland Public School. Have a great day and thank you in advance for taking time to complete the survey.

Kindergarten read to their 6th grade Book Buddies today!

Order will close on the 16th don't miss out. Track and Field fundraiser. Will receive by Christmas.

Our High School/ Jr. High/ CLC friends visited our Den groups today for a fun Thanksgiving coloring activity!

Have you completed a random act of kindness today? All of our students did! We invited CLC students to our building and together we all decorated Thanksgiving placemats to donate to local nursing homes! What a great day to be Bobcats!!

The Elementary kids have been busy creating their wish lists today from the Book Fair! Teachers also have totes they have put books in! If you would like to purchase a book for their classroom, pick which book you want out of their tote, pay for it and your child can take it to her!! Please remind your child there is tax and if they pay in cash and we will round up to the nearest 5 or 10! No pennies in the till! Also, if you would like to help make sure each student can get a book from the book fair, contact Shelly Mlnarik! 402-340-5856

This week's Keep the Quote winner is 5th grader, Patrick Wagner!
Patrick has been offering to help out in the classroom a lot lately. He has also been helping his classmates with their small group work.
Patrick has been putting kindness first and making it a habit!
