Buses will run where possible. For bus riders, if you feel that a bus or van is unable to get to your house in the morning, please contact your driver, and the school office. The JV Girls and Boys Basketball Teams will be headed to Niobrara today! Game Schedule will start at 9:00: Game 1 – Niobrara-Verdigre vs. Summerland Game 2 – Summerland vs. North Central Game 3 – Niobrara-Verdigre vs. North Central Boys’ and girls’ games will be played simultaneously in the Main gym and “old” gym

Bobcat Fans, If you are attending an activity at Summerland school during the evening or a non-school time, please feel free to park in the bus lane on the south side of the building. The bus lane on the east side of the building by the activity entrance is still only for visiting team personnel. The school asks that you park in a manner to make sure other vehicles may park without a large gap between vehicles. In the event of a tournament or expectations of a large crowd, information will be released to try and find additional parking so that everyone has an enjoyable experience at Bobcat activities. For events that take place during the school day, the bus lane WILL NOT be open so that buses may load and take students home after school.

Summerland Public School Foundation Meeting. An informational meeting to form the Summerland Public School Foundation will be held at the conclusion of the girls junior varsity game in the auxiliary gym tonight, January 19. The approximate time for the meeting will be 5:30 p.m. There is also a TeamMates soup supper in the cafeteria as well.

Teammates Soup Supper is tonight starting at 5:30!

The Bobcat Basketball Teams will be in action tonight taking on Osmond/Randolph! Girls JV (4:30 Main Gym), JV Boys (4:30 Aux Gym), Varsity Girls to follow at 6:00 and Varsity Boys @ 7:30. Good afternoon, Summerland Public School will be letting out at 1:30 this afternoon, Thursday, January 18. There will be no JH basketball today in Atkinson. On Friday, January 19, there will be a 10:00 late start due to the forecasted winds overnight. An announcement will be made in the morning concerning school on Friday. Buses will run where possible. There will be no evening activities at Summerland Public School.
