20 Summerland 5th and 6th graders enjoyed the day in Neligh at the Nate Metcheks Memorial Honor Band!
The Varsity Golf Team will be headed to Atkinson today for a Golf Invite! The Invite will begin at 9:00!!!
The JrH and HS Track Teams will be at West Holt for NVC Track! Field Events start at 9:30 and running events begin at 11:00!
With the uncertainty of the weather at this time, staff and students will remain at the school until there is a clearing in the weather. This storm is fast moving and the school at this time is the safest place for everyone. Another message will be sent out when buses and students are released.
There will be a small change to the Athletic Banquet tonight! Please grab your cake and drink in the Commons Area and then head into the Main Gym! The Banquet will be held there and NOT the Aux Gym! We look forward to celebrating our Student Athletes!

Congratulations to Lenora Kester for receiving the Outstanding Performance Award for her flute solo at District Music Contest! Only one person from each judge is given this honor. We are so proud of you Lenora!
The Summerland Athletic Banquet will be held in the Aux Gym tomorrow (Friday, April 26th) at 7:00. Cake and punch will be served! Let's celebrate all the awesome accomplishments that our Student Athletes have accumulated over the 2023-2024 sports seasons!

The JrH Golf Invite that is scheduled for tomorrow (April, 25th) at Butte has been CANCELED!
On Monday the Animal Science class took a field trip to tour Four Aces Dairy in Osmond which is a fully robotic dairy. Automation does the milking, feeding,
and some of the barn cleaning. They also toured Thiele Dairy by Clearwater. They enjoyed seeing the differences of a smaller, fully automated dairy compared to a larger dairy where manual workers are still needed. Thank you so much to Connie Bellingtier and Automated Dairy Specialist for the tours and for lunch! Our students enjoyed the day and learned a lot. They learned about the services Automated Dairy provides and opportunities that are available in the dairy and beef industries right at home!
