The NE VR Truck is in the Summerland parking lot! Students in grades K-8th grade get to visit the virtual reality truck today or tomorrow. This educational experience exposes students to the endless possibilities of virtual reality.
K-3rd Grade Parents - If you received and IRIP Letter in the envelope your child brought home that also had the NE Reads Letter as well as the Acadience info, there were 2 copies, one for you to keep and one to sign and send back. If you haven't sent the sign IRIP back to school yet, can you please do so?
Our Keep the Quote winner this week is 3rd grader, Melanie!
Melanie is always kind to those around her. She is helpful and doesn't speak unkindly to anyone. If she disagrees with what another classmate is saying, she kindly tells them so and then discusses why she thinks they may be incorrect. Melanie definitely displays our CATS rule of choosing kindness at Summerland!
A HUGE Thank You to those that stepped up to help ref JrH and JV FB!!! Without refs we have no home games! With that being said, we are still looking for a ref for:
9/22
10/6
All at 4:00 and 5:30!
The JrH VB Team will be in action today at Summerland vs LCC. A Team will start at 4:00 followed by B and then C Team!
The JrH and JV FB Teams will also be in action today at Summerland vs LCC! JrH will start at 4:00 and JV will start at 5:30!
Just a reminder that "Grab and Go" Breakfast with Grandparent forms are due TODAY (Sept 8th). If they are returned late, Grandparents are still welcome to come, but there may not be enough food for them!
