The BBB Team will be headed to the Heartland Hoops Classic in Grand Island on Saturday! Here is some info that you may need to know!

Some information regarding District Boys Wrestling that will be held at Summerland on Saturday, Feb 15th! The Doors will open at 9:30. The walking track will be standing room ONLY. No lawn chairs will be allowed due to fire hazard! Spectators should enter through the Athletic Entrance door #30 on east side of the school or the main entrance to the south of the building. Admission: Students: $7.00, Adults $9.00 for the entire day. Only press with a press pass will be allowed to take photos mat-side. Luke and Lenora Kester were selected to participate in the 2025 WSC honor choir. They spent Friday, January 31 at WSC with 170 other singers preparing 4 songs for an evening concert with the WSC choral professor.
6 of our Junior High musicians were selected to play or sing in the 2025 Stanton Honor Band and Choir this past saturday! Our music students are amazing!
Luke and Lenora Kester were selected to sing the National Anthem at NSAA State Bowling in Lincoln today! they sang at 8am and 2pm. way to represent our amazing music program!
The kindergarteners gingerbread man is busy! He's been spotted in so many places. Bow Valley, NE where he lost some of his m&m's; Seward, NE; Mesa, AZ; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Garden of the Gods in CO; Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, NE; Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh, NE; and on top of a pivot in a cornfield! Please keep looking for him as we have yet to catch him! Send us letters of where you see him!
Summerland staff member Becky Bradley recently lost her husband Samuel and then welcomed their daughter Phoebe. A donation box will be placed at each gate entrance and at the concession stand to assist Becky, son Maverick, and daughter Phoebe. Any donations would be appreciated to support the family.
Due to possible impending weather this evening, the Summerland junior high girls wrestling team will not be attending the meet at Norfolk junior high this afternoon.
The JrH Girls Wrestling Team is headed to Norfolk today! Wrestling will begin at 4:00!
The basketball games tonight at home against LCC have been moved up due to the possibility of weather activity later this evening. There will be no jv games tonight. Varsity girls will begin at 4:30 pm with the boys varsity game to follow.

It's Game Day
Summerland Public Schools will have a 10:00 AM start on Tuesday, February 11th. There is no morning pre-school, all preschoolers will attend in the afternoon. Buses will run accordingly.
