They were nominated for their responsible and respectful behavior in the hallway before school this morning, sitting quietly in their appropriate spots, using their inside voices, and just being awesome! Good afternoon, the Battle Creek high school track meet that was originally scheduled for tomorrow, will now be held on Wednesday April 8th, with all field events starting at 10 AM and running starting at 12:30 PM. The high school music trip to Vermilion on Wednesday April 8th has been canceled.

Today 20 Bobcats traveled to Norfolk for the Scholastic Contests! Shane placed 1st in American Government and Public Speaking and Jenna placed 2nd in Parenting & Child Development! It was a great day!

FCCLA members competing in skills demonstrations this morning. Damien is competing in knife skills, Honey in Pastry Techniques,Jayde in Technology in Teaching, and Sophie in Fashion Sketch.

Our newest Keep the Quote winner is 5th grader, Meg! Meg has been going above and beyond to spread kindness with her classmates. She has worked hard to bring awareness to the everyday kind acts going on in their classroom and has made sure they are logged for our kindness challenge. Keep pushing kindness, Meg!

Reminder to elementary students: The weather for the rest of this week is going to be much colder than today's. Please dress appropriately and have winter apparel for recess.

In between sessions and competing- FCCLA members also got to tour the Nebraska History Museum and the Nebraska High School Hall of Fame today!

Congratulations once again to Jennie, Jack, and Ella on being selected to perform in the Class C All State Bands! Jack helped play the world premier of a brand new song titled "Never Forget" by composer Larry McTaggert.
