I wanted to make everyone aware of the student accident insurance forms that are available on the school website. The insurance is voluntary for families, but provides coverage for students should they be injured at school or during school activities. This insurance form was normally sent out in the student packet at the beginning of the school year. This year Student Assurance Services provided a link to the forms that were placed on the school website. By going to the homepage, selecting Menu, under the Parent & Student Resources column, midway through the column is a link Student Accident Insurance. Once you select the link, you will be taken to a new page with 3 links as well. The top link is the enrollment form, the second link is the benefits of the plan, and the 3rd link is the benefits in Spanish.
